National Association of Realtors (NAR) open house weekend is June 4 & 5

MFRMLS news: The MLS bills from My Florida Regional MLS were sent by email to MLS participants and subscribers on April 13 for the June 2011-May 2012 fiscal year.  If you did not receive your email invoice, please contact MFRMLS at (phone #). Since PRO members are transitioning to a new system entirely you will have the advantage of being able to participate in all MFR services beginning May 3—a free month of services.   

The Tempo database will also be available to you from May 1 to May 18 to use for adding and editing listings. From May 18 until June 30 Tempo will be available to you for reference only so that you may be sure you have transferred all the saved searches and connected prospects you have set up and to check in case you need to ensure there is no error in any of your listings.

All PRO members must complete MLX Easy training.  Click Here to view training times and register for a class. 

  • You will need to enter your MLS ID (NRDS#) and current Tempo password to sign into the MFR Membership Director to view the training options and register.
  • Once you are signed in, choose the View/Register Education Courses from the Education Services section.
  • Select “PRO” from the school location dropdown list to find courses specifically for PRO.
  • Choose MLX Easy to find the date and time that works best for you.

Paint the Town Red event 4/17/2011

On Sunday April 17, 2011 from 1:00 – 4:00 our Keller Williams Realty St. Petersburg office will host an open house event called ‘Paint the Town Red’. Thursday (4/14/2011) – We are having a ‘Paint the Town Red’ planning party to prepare for our monthly open house event being held on Sunday April 17th. Last month we had 40 attendees at one open house and 2 homes went under contract! At the planning party we discuss strategies for having a successful open house, take copies of the flyer to distribute around town and organize to pick-up Sunday open house supplies such as balloons and sign-in sheets. We have over 25 homes on this Sunday’s tour. If your listing is in the event or if you are hosting an open house for another Realtor, please come to the office b/n 2-3 to help us organize and spread the excitement.

Friday (4/15/2011)Friday is Contract day and this Friday we are studying the Florida Realtor/Bar Realtor AS-IS sales contract. Please plan to attend from 2-3 in the office. Thorough understanding of the sales contract is a key ingredient to your real estate success.
