Keller Williams Realty St. Pete is seeking a Customer Support Representative/Office Administrator. In this entry-level position you will be responsible for answering phones, customer service and reception, reporting and office administrative support, processing files and data entry. However, no job at KW is just a job – it is a growth opportunity for Magnificent People!If you have the capacity to produce – the sky is the limit in the Keller Williams organization!

Job Title: Customer Support Representative/Office Administrator

  • Manage front reception and administrative aspects of satellite office
  • Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Greet and assist customers
  • Research agent commission and closing issues utilizing appropriate systems and resources to find resolution in a timely manner
  • Recommend known technical solutions and develop workarounds for corrective action
  • Escalate any major issues to management’s attention
  • Properly document communications and actions for customer issues
  • Remain current with and apply internal and operating companies’ policies and procedures
  • Gather data/update ongoing reports
  • Maintain daily logs and monthly tracking of systems
  • Administrative duties such as filing, faxing, scanning, etc.
  • Ordering office Supplies
  • Adheres to quality control of office policies for transaction files process and service quality guidelines
  • Contribute to and promote harmony, growth and teamwork within
  • Process checks and transaction files

Required Skills:

  • Exceptional telephone and front desk etiquette and professional attire
  • Ability to think independently and be able to apply effective problem solving skills
  •  Excellent knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
    • Ability to solve problems, prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time effectively
    • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to remain organized despite many concurrent duties and tasks
    • Detail oriented and accurate
    • High integrity
