Meet Your BOLD Coach: Jake Gienger


Jake’s passion is helping others find the greatness and potential that lies within them and he does so by following the KWMAPS BOLD Law stating “People will grow into the conversations you create around them”.

Jake started in Real Estate in 2009 and closed 87 transactions in his first full calendar year. Jake is the principal and Team Leader of a Mega Team closing over 150 transactions annually with 60+ million in volume. He is the owner of 48 rental units, an investor in 2 KW Market Centers and a property management company as well as a member of Gary Keller’s Private Mastermind since 2011.  Jake is an international speaker and business coach through MAPS BOLD Coaching and has trained over 3,000 agents how to experience high levels of success in their businesses.
