Kim VanHerwynen, a Realtor with Keller Williams Realty St. Pete, has completed her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation. During her three years with Keller Williams Realty St. Pete she has fallen in love with the thrill of the business and the luxury home market.
VanHerwynen obtained the certification as a requirement of KW Luxury Homes, a division of Keller Williams Realty. The certification includes brand positioning, marketing materials and helps Realtors create a custom marketing plan for each property. VanHerwynen is also awaiting the arrival of her award for her GUILD recognition, which states that she has documented performance in the million dollar luxury home market.

According to the CLHMS website, Realtors obtain this prestigious certification by being a member with good standing within the institute and close three residential transactions in the top 10 percent of the local market. The certification helps Realtors differentiate and market their listings while telling the unique story of the each home.
CLHMS helps Realtors achieve the goals they personally set and work to achieve the best results for both buyer and seller. The CLHMS certification provides buyers and sellers within the luxury home market the reassurance that they have the best person for the stressful job of either buying or selling a home. The certification helps Realtors through multiple channels – with marketing, specifically branding, networking with other agents who may have the dream property for the buyer and attract the clientele that may be looking to acquire something new and different.
